History Bedpost Furniture began in 1979 as a waterbed store. A few years later we added all types of mattresses and bedroom furniture to our selection. In 1999, when Bedpost Furniture moved to its current location on Raintree Road, we expanded in size to be able to fill a void in the market for high-quality, high-fashion furniture in the Mankato area. Today we are proud to offer fine furniture for every room in the home while still staying true to the store's roots, as we are the only store in Southern Minnesota to continue to carry waterbeds and parts.
